Grown just inland of the Sierra de Cazorla- Spain 

 Tasting Notes:  Medium intensity, fresh grass aroma combined with notes of olive leaf and fig plant. Hints of green tea flavour, green pepper, and tomato leaf. The green flavours are more dominant then the fruity flavours.

Uses: Bitter Green Salads, Roasted/Grilled Veg, Marinades for Red Meat, Aged Cheese, Soups & Stews. High antioxidant level makes it perfect for cooking.
