This oil is an amazing replacement for BUTTER!!!. This unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is made from Arbequina olives with a touch of Koroneiki. These olives are grown on a private olive estate located in Lodi, California.
Tasting Notes: This oil is very fruity with light grassy flavours and a sweet, buttery finish.
Uses: This olive oil can be used in a range of dishes as the delicate taste compliments a variety of flavours. This oil is excellent for delicate creamy sauces such as mayonnaise, bread dipping, popping corn and baking.
